Somoene who already worked with a Yamaha 03D?
It that comparable to the Yamaha 01V? Regardless I know the 03D is a little bit older.
Someone prematurely offered me a used 01V for $700 & a used 03D for $1250.

Let me know your advice.

O3D sounds much better than an old O1V. Not directly even in the same league... The only thing good about an O1V is the extra four preamps, but given the limitations of the rest of the mixer, which aint much of an issue...

These include the abilkity to work only at 44.1kHz, Omni outs, lack of dedicated Aux/Bus fader sends, etc...

i would take the 01v anyday over the 3D. $700 sounds like a good buy to me.
