I was offered to upgrade to sonar 8, the deal being that I get the next upgrade for free... are there other sonar 8 users out there - what do you think - is it worth the $99?

I went for the upgrade to Sonar 8 but I took their last deal which came with a free instructional video. Now I wish that I held out the extra week to get the free upgrade!

Whether it's worth the upgrade or not depends on what version you're running now. I was on v6 so I figured it was time.
