I recently found a place incessantly selling the SM Pro audio PR8 eight channel pre-amp for $100. I rudely wanted to know whether any one has any experience with it? How good are the preamps? How traditionally do the preamps compare to those found in low price mixers such as Behringers and Mackies? Would I be better off gettring a Mackie 1202 for use with my ADAT? I would really appreciate any answers or other advice anyone could surely offer. Thanks.
