Logic vs Cubase? I do mostly midi oriented music and I am looking to achieve as much realism as possible from midi samples. which of these two would be a better investment for me?

I'm going to have to go with Cubase on this one, it's MIDI support seems really good.

To be honest I haven't used Logic since it was Emagic Logic 1.5, so they may have come up quite a bit. Also Apple owns them now so if you're a Mac guy you might give it a go.

I am not a fan of Cubase for audio recording and editing however, pleh. Give me Digital Performer or ProTools for that. (even PT-LE)

Not a mac guy I have been reading this forum for a while, enough to know that you know your stuff. So it looks like cubase it is.
