i just bought sp4s and we are using it for our church i just wanted to know if anyone can help me the only thing running on that are vocals but i got the speakons on it my amp running it are cs4000 peavey am i using it right or will be okay if i use a microphone for the bass drum with it please if someone can let me know help appreciated....thank you

The SP4's can handle 4000 watts and the amp can push that hard as well. Sounds like a good matchup.

As far as the kick drum goes you should be ok, however I would rather that low end go through a separate sub woofer setup to avoid damaging the SP4's

Of course it all depends on how loud you're pushing things at church, if you're maxing out the system then a sub woofer is the only way to go. Thump em hard.

am i able to put a kick drum to sp4s separate? and how do i do that !!!

I would get a separate subwoofer like a Peavey SP 218 and run everything below 180Hz through that.

You can fake it through the mixing board or use an external crossover setup.
