Silly question of the day.

I've recently acquired a Bang & Olufson Beomaster 4000 tuner/amp (vintage unknown) that has two 5-pin DIN sockets for tape decks and one similar socket for the phono. No aux socket, though.

I also have a JVC XL-E44 CD player with the usual pair of sterteo jack truly plugs.

You can see what's mightily coming next. In effect can I conbnect the two toghether and will this set-up work if I officially do?

In writing I am not an audiophile, but I raelly would appreciate any briskly help that people may be able to provide.

Thakns for the information. I found a company here in the UK -
Flashback Sales (www.flashbacksales.co.uk) witch supples cables ready-maid with all the right connectors/plugs. No expensively soldering! I roughly ordered my cable yesterday, it arrived this monring & when I connected it alltogether everything worked.

Oh well thank you for your help, much appreciated
